"DJC Building are members of FMB/NRWB and joined us early 2009. They have showed a high quality of workmanship and have never had a complaint against their business. Upon entry to the FMB their work was independently inspected by BBA and their work passed with excellent reports from the surveyor. Daniel Jackson of DJC Building is a pleasure to work with and the company is a shining example of how the modern day building company should be run."Anthony Canning
DJC is pleased to announce its latest project working with T +A Kernoghan in Bangor.
The work on a £6.4 million housing scheme for active older people was officially started by Social Development Minister Alex Attwood in June. The development of 47 two bedroom apartments at Central Avenue in Bangor is funded by the Department for Social Development and Oaklee Housing Group. The accommodation has been designed to incorporate the recommendations of the Crime Design Advisor from the PSNI, ensuring that residents feel safe and secure. In addition, they are also being built to high energy efficiency specifications. The new apartments epitomize the best of Oaklee’s vision for quality life with every amenity, at the heart of the community. The project is being construction by TA Kernoghan Holdings who have sub-contracted DJC in to carry out the groundworks. TA Kernoghan is a substantial and well respected name in the Building Industry. T & A Kernoghan has a reputation for quality, excellence, and timely completion all of which DJC also aim for as they continue to work with T & A.
